Jerusalem: Colonists stormed Tuesday the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police.
According to Qatar News Agency, dozens of colonists entered Al-Aqsa Mosque in groups, conducted provocative tours of its courtyards, and performed Talmudic rituals under the protection of occupation forces. The actions have drawn significant attention due to the heightened security measures at the site.
Since the start of the comprehensive Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank in October 2023, the occupation forces have increased their security presence at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the entrances to the Old City. This has led to heightened tensions in the region, with many expressing concern over the ongoing situation.
