Doha: Rwandan Foreign Minister Olivier Jean Patrick and Somali counterpart Abdisalam Abdi signed Monday a cooperation agreement: The agreement aims to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries in the fields of diplomacy, trade, investment, and institutional capacity building.
