Dammam: Gulf Warehousing Company Q.P.S.C. (GWC) has announced the creation of a new wholly owned subsidiary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
According to Qatar News Agency, a statement published on the Qatar Stock Exchange website revealed that GWC has established GWC ENR LLC in Dammam. This move is aligned with the company’s strategic plan to expand its regional footprint and enhance its logistics and supply chain capabilities across the GCC.
GWC stated that the disclosure of this new subsidiary is made in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and aims to maintain transparency with stakeholders. The company, founded in 2004, is recognized as the leading provider of logistics and supply chain solutions in Qatar. It offers a range of services including warehousing, distribution, freight forwarding, project logistics, and more, by leveraging a global network of offices to meet client needs.
