HH the Amir Discusses Regional Security with Bulgarian President Amid Israeli Attacks


Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a phone call from HE President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev. During the conversation, the leaders addressed the recent Israeli attack targeting the residential headquarters of several Hamas leaders, which has raised significant regional security concerns.



According to Qatar News Agency, President Radev affirmed Bulgaria’s solidarity with Qatar and strongly condemned the Israeli attack. He described the attack as a flagrant violation of international laws and norms, posing a serious threat not only to Qatar but also to the security of the entire region. The Bulgarian President emphasized his categorical rejection of any actions that could endanger the safety and stability of Qatar and its neighboring countries.



In response, HH the Amir expressed gratitude for Bulgaria’s unwavering support and solidarity. He assured that Qatar would take all necessary measures to protect its security and uphold its sovereignty in light of the Israeli attack. The conversation underscored the importance of international cooperation and support in addressing regional security challenges and maintaining stability.
