Beirut: Lebanese President General Joseph Aoun underlined on Tuesday that no obstacles should stand in the way of forming the new government.
According to Qatar News Agency, President Aoun stated that Lebanon has great opportunities that must be seized. He emphasized the importance of sending positive messages to the international community, demonstrating Lebanon's capability to govern itself, implement reconstruction transparently, and build a state that its citizens aspire to.
The President highlighted the primary goal of establishing a state founded on justice and equality for all, ensuring coexistence with dignity and security. He stressed that achieving this vision requires cooperation and concerted efforts from everyone involved.
President Aoun also expressed his strong rejection of any violation or attack on any part of Lebanon. He reiterated the push for an Israeli withdrawal and the deployment of the Lebanese army in the southern region.
