Losail Circuit Announces Fan Zone Details and Entertainment Program for Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix


Losail: With just one month to go until the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix, Losail International Circuit has announced new details for its fan zone and daily entertainment program.



According to Qatar News Agency, from November 28 to 30, a unique program combining world-class racing, family entertainment, culture, and innovation will be held in a festive atmosphere that blends the spirit of Qatar with the excitement of Formula 1.



The 2025 Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix will feature a thrilling lineup including the Formula 1 Sprint, the Formula 2 Championship, and the Porsche Carrera Cup Middle East. Off the track, the excitement will continue with live performances from top international stars. British artist Seal will headline the Family Friday night show on November 28, while the legendary rock band Metallica will close out the festivities with a spectacular performance on race day, Sunday, November 30.



The event will be packed with action. The statement highlighted that among the highlights of the Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix will be the first-ever LEGO Experience in the Middle East, showcasing its global Formula 1-themed activities. Visitors can build miniature Formula 1 cars, explore the pit lane and garage using LEGO bricks, and keep their creations in an exclusive box bearing the Qatar Grand Prix logo.



Additionally, the Champions Gathering will offer visitors the opportunity to interact directly with drivers, ask questions, and hear exclusive insights from within the world of racing.



Furthermore, the Kart Arena will provide a thrilling electric driving experience inspired by the design of the Losail International Circuit, allowing visitors to race on a track specially designed for the event.



Among the events is the “Guinness Dome,” an interactive zone combining science and motorsports. Visitors can explore the principles of aerodynamics, engineering, and racing strategies through exciting educational challenges.



There will also be an augmented reality racing experience, featuring simulators and AR experiences that allow visitors to race themselves and have their photos taken on the podium at the official Formula 1 photo booth. An e-gaming zone will offer racing simulators, PlayStation consoles, and speed and reaction challenges for racing enthusiasts.



A cultural zone will also be set up alongside the races, showcasing Qatari heritage through traditional crafts and performances.



This zone will be housed in three tents where visitors can enjoy Arabic coffee, henna art, calligraphy, and checkers, as well as live demonstrations of traditional crafts such as dhow building, weaving (Sadu), pearl diving, and spice making.



There’s also a children’s corner featuring creative and eco-friendly activities such as filling bottles with colored sand, creating recycled artwork, painting on the ground, face painting, and building wind-powered cars.



Finally, there’s the art mural made from recycled materials and giant words, allowing visitors to contribute to a large-scale collaborative artwork using recycled materials and leave their messages on the word sculptures scattered throughout the area.
