Doha: HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met Sunday with HE Dr. Sania Nishtar, CEO of Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, who is visiting the country. The meeting discussed cooperation in the field of immunization and efforts to deliver essential vaccines to children around the world, particularly in the most vulnerable regions.
According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions focused on enhancing collaboration to improve access to vaccines in areas that are most in need. The meeting also emphasized the importance of strategic partnerships to effectively combat vaccine-preventable diseases globally.
