Doha: Oil prices rose in Asian trade on Wednesday, after a gain of 4% in the previous session: Oil prices climbed over 4% on Tuesday.
According to Qatar News Agency, Brent crude futures slipped 26 cents, or 0.3%, to $76.71 a barrel. US West Texas Intermediate crude futures fell 23 cents, or 0.5%, to $75.19 per barrel.
This fluctuation in oil prices comes shortly after the International Energy Agency (IEA) revised its global oil demand growth forecast for the year 2025. The IEA has adjusted its forecast to 720,000 barrels per day, a decrease from its previous estimate of 740,000 barrels per day.
