Pakistani Foreign Minister, South Korean Counterpart Discuss Ties, Developments


Doha: Pakistani Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar and his South Korean counterpart, Cho Tae-yul: engaged in a phone call today to discuss the strengthening of bilateral relations, the escalating regional situation, and the importance of resolving issues through dialogue and diplomacy.



According to Qatar News Agency, during the call, the South Korean Foreign Minister expressed concern over the situation and emphasized the importance of resolving issues through dialogue and diplomacy to maintain regional peace and security.



Both sides expressed their commitment, as non-permanent members of the UN Security Council, to strengthening multilateral cooperation. They agreed to further enhance bilateral relations through high-level exchanges.
