Gaza City: A Palestinian was martyred and others were wounded after the Israeli occupation’s fighter jets bombed a group of Palestinians on Palm Street in Al Tuffah Neighborhood, East Gaza City, local medical sources reported.
According to Qatar News Agency, Civil Defense personnel discovered the body of a Palestinian on the roof of Mahdya Shawa School in Beit Hanoun, Northern Gaza Strip. This individual was martyred in a previous Israeli bombardment. Additionally, a child’s body was recovered on Saturday after a house was pummeled in Khan Younis City in the southern Gaza Strip, resulting in the martyrdom of 12 Palestinians, including women and children.
The Israeli occupation forces continue to fire mortar shells at Eastern Abasan Al Kabira, East Khan Younis, as well as other areas in eastern Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip. They have resumed their offensive in the Gaza Strip since March 18, following a two-month respite under a ceasefire deal that took effect on January 19.
However, the Israeli entity breached the deal throughout the two months and proceeded to bomb various sites across the enclave, resulting in casualties. It also rejected the implementation of the humanitarian protocol and subsequently intensified its tightened siege on the Strip, which is experiencing an unprecedented humanitarian tragedy.
