President of Djibouti Arrives in Doha for Emergency Summit


Doha: HE President of the Republic of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh arrived in Doha on Sunday to take part in the Emergency Arab-Islamic Summit, scheduled to be held on Monday. HE the President and his delegation were received at Hamad International Airport by HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani and HE Ambassador of the Republic of Djibouti to Qatar Tayeb Debd Robleh.



According to Qatar News Agency, the summit aims to address pressing issues facing the Arab and Islamic world. President Guelleh’s participation underscores Djibouti’s commitment to regional cooperation and dialogue. The summit is expected to bring together leaders from various countries to discuss and collaborate on solutions to current challenges.
