HE President of the Republic of Zimbabwe Emmerson Mnangagwa received the credentials of HE Tariq Ali Al Ansari as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar (non-resident) to the Republic of Zimbabwe.
HE the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HE the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, wishing him good health and happiness, and the government and people of Zimbabwe continued progress and prosperity.
For his part, HE the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe entrusted HE the Ambassador to convey his greetings to HH the Amir, wishing him good health and happiness, and the State of Qatar continued progress, development and prosperity.
He also wished HE the Ambassador success in his new duties, assuring him of providing all support to advance bilateral relations between the two countries to closer cooperation in various fields.
