Prime Minister of Qatar Engages in Strategic Talks with Turkish Foreign Minister


Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, received a telephone call from HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkiye, Hakan Fidan. The call focused on enhancing cooperation relations between the two nations and supporting their development.



According to Qatar News Agency, the two leaders discussed regional developments, specifically the situation in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories. The conversation also covered arrangements for potential negotiations following US President Donald Trump’s proposal to conclude the conflict in Gaza.



During the call, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed Qatar’s commitment to supporting regional and international efforts aimed at ending the conflict in the Gaza Strip and promoting security and stability in the region.
