Djibouti: HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Djibouti, Dr. Rashid bin Shafi Al Marri, took part in a significant meeting with HE President of Djibouti, Ismail Omar Guelleh, and ambassadors from Arab and Islamic countries accredited to Djibouti. Also present was HE Djibouti's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Abdul Kader Hussein Omar.
