Doha: The Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department of the Qatar Olympic Committee organized an educational forum on Monday focusing on the role of sports leadership in achieving success and overcoming challenges. The event featured a lecture by HE President of the Asian Athletics Association, Dahlan Al Hamad, at the Lusail Hall.
According to Qatar News Agency, Dahlan Al Hamad delivered an insightful lecture titled “An Hour of Knowledge,” sharing his extensive experience and accomplishments in the sports industry. He discussed various leadership styles and how employees can transform into successful leaders and administrators. Key topics included the essential factors to consider when assuming an administrative role and common reasons for a leader or administrator’s failures or shortcomings. The session is part of QOC’s HR department’s initiatives to foster team spirit, strengthen relationships, enhance employee performance, and elevate the QOC working environment.
