DOHA: The College of Business and Economics at Qatar University (QU), in partnership with the edX platform, has unveiled the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Certificate Program, marking the first Arabic-language program of its kind in the Arab world. The initiative aims to foster an entrepreneurial mindset and equip participants with the necessary skills to generate innovative ideas and advance professionally.
According to Qatar News Agency, the program consists of four specialized courses focusing on entrepreneurial business management, marketing, and change and innovation management. Dr. Rana Sobh, Dean of the College of Business and Economics at QU, highlighted the program as a significant achievement addressing the need for accessible, high-quality entrepreneurship education in Arabic. Dr. Mohammad AL Smadi, Director of the Digital Learning and Online Education Center at QU, emphasized the program’s role in providing flexible, high-quality education tailored to the Arabic-speaking community.
