Saudi Stock Index Closes Higher with Significant Gains


Riyadh: Saudi Stock Exchange’s main index experienced an increase on Monday, climbing by 76.61 points to settle at 11,605.20, with a total trading value of SAR 6.2 billion. A total of 307 million shares were exchanged during the trading session, with 149 companies witnessing gains, while 97 companies recorded declines.



According to Qatar News Agency, the Saudi Parallel Market Index (NOMU) also saw positive movement, closing higher with a rise of 64.55 points, ending the day at 25,540.27. The trading for NOMU amounted to SAR 40 million, with more than 6 million shares being traded.
