The Emirati-Egyptian joint air training “Zayed-3” was concluded with the participation of elements from the UAE and Egyptian air forces, which was implemented on the country’s soil and lasted for several days.
The training included the implementation of a number of theoretical and practical lectures to hone skills and coordination to manage joint operations in various modern air combat methods, and multi-tasking fighters from both sides to implement several joint sorties to train to attack enemy targets and defend vital targets in perfect harmony, and close air support to ground formations , as well as training in refueling in the air.
The training demonstrated the distinguished level and high professionalism reached by the participating elements and the extent of coordination and cooperation between the air forces of both countries, which enhances the forces’ ability to manage joint air combat operations efficiently and effectively.
The training comes in light of strengthening the relations of joint military cooperation and continuous coordination between the UAE and Egyptian air forces to maximize the benefit of the bilateral capabilities of both sides to face all risks and challenges that may aim at compromising security and stability in the region.
