Kyiv: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky affirmed that his country and its allies have agreed to work on a plan for a ceasefire within the next ten days, following US President Donald Trump’s proposal to stop the war along the current front lines.
According to Qatar News Agency, in order to ramp up pressure on Russia to engage in talks, Kyiv has asked the US administration to send not only Tomahawk missiles but other similar equipment that does not require prolonged training. Zelensky stated that a ceasefire plan will be worked out in the upcoming week or ten days.
