Zaporizhzhia: One person was killed and three others were injured in overnight Russian airstrikes that targeted 18 settlements in Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia region. Ivan Fedorov, head of the regional military administration, confirmed the incident.
According to Qatar News Agency, Russian forces launched 753 attacks on 18 settlements across the region, as reported by the Ukrainian National News Agency (Ukrinform). Fedorov stated that Russian forces also carried out eight air raids on the towns of Stepove, Huliaipole, Malynivka, and Nychayivka.
Fedorov further noted that a total of 496 drones of various types were used to target several regions across Ukraine. Since the outbreak of the war in February 2022, Russia and Ukraine have issued near-daily reports claiming attacks and interceptions. Due to the ongoing conflict, these claims cannot be independently verified.
