16 Palestinian citizens were killed and others were injured on Sunday, as a result of the continued Israeli occupation aggression on various areas of the Gaza Strip.
In Khan Yunis, southern Gaza Strip, two Palestinians were killed in an Israeli drone strike on the city center, in addition to two others being killed and others being injured in another bombing that targeted a group of citizens in the Sheikh Nasser neighborhood of the city.
Three Palestinian martyrs arrived at Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis after being recovered from the town of Al Qarara, north of the city. An injury was also recorded in a bombing that targeted citizens around Al Sidra roundabout in the town of Abasan Al Kabira.
In a related context, four Palestinians were killed in an Israeli bombardment on the Araba area in the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, in addition to the killing of three citizens and the injury of others in a bombardment that targeted a residential apartment near the Al Oyoun intersection north of the city
. Two citizens were also killed and others were injured in an Israeli bombardment of a house in the Al Zeitoun neighborhood in Rafah.
In the Al Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, occupation vehicles penetrated Road 8 near the Dawla Junction, amidst heavy gunfire. Another injury was recorded as a result of an artillery shell falling in the Sabra neighborhood, in addition to a number of injuries as a result of Israeli occupation shelling that targeted a group of citizens in the vicinity of Salah Al Din Mosque.
Earlier today, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the death toll from the Israeli occupation aggression on the Gaza Strip had risen to 40,405 martyrs and 93,468 injured since Oct. 7, 2023, noting that the occupation forces had committed 3 massacres during the past 24 hours, leading to the martyrdom of 71 people and the injury of 112 others.

s and artillery shelling, while committing massacres against civilians, leading to a catastrophic humanitarian situation with thousands of victims under the rubble and on the roads, while ambulance and civil defense teams are still facing difficulties in reaching them.
