2 Killed in Helicopter Crash in Poland

Rzeszow: Two people were killed in a helicopter crash in Poland on Saturday evening.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Polish Press Agency (PAP) quoted a spokesperson for the local fire department as saying that the accident occurred in the Malawa region near the city of Rzeszow in the southeast of the country. Poor visibility and dense fog were hampering rescue efforts.

Polish media reported that the helicopter crashed in a densely wooded area. Photos published by the media showed flames rising from the wreckage. Information regarding the cause of the crash are unknown yet.
