Doha: An earthquake measuring 4.6 magnitude on the Richter scale struck Thursday in Oregon, northwestern USA: The earthquake occurred 227 km west of Benton County in the state, at a depth of 10 km, US Geological Survey (USGS) reported. According to Qatar News Agency, there were no immediate reports of injuries or material losses, USGS indicated. Last September, a 5.1-magnitude earthquake struck Oregon.
