So far, there have been no preliminary reports of damage or injuries resulting from the earthquake, and no tsunami warnings have been issued. Additionally, the institute highlighted that authorities may need a few hours to conduct thorough assessments, especially in remote areas, while aftershocks are likely to occur in the days ahead.
