Speaker Al Asoomi highlighted that this humanitarian decision reflects Bahrain's commitment to upholding human rights and promoting social cohesion. He also emphasised that the decree underscores Bahrain's dedication to justice and the rule of law while balancing legal and humanitarian considerations.
