Post: Barghouti: Netanyahu’s speech is full of lies

Ramallah - Ma'an - Dr. Mustafa Barghouti, Secretary-General of the Palestinian National Initiative, strongly criticized the speech of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, describing it as "full of lies." Barghouti stressed, in a statement received by Ma'an, that Netanyahu denies his responsibility for the failure of all attempts to cease fire, and bears direct responsibility for the killing of Israeli prisoners, whether in the past or in the future. Barghouti pointed out that Netanyahu relies on fascist methods of spreading fear to justify his policies, and risks blowing up the region in order to achieve his personal and selfish interests. Barghouti also warned that Netanyahu threatens new assassinations and a comprehensive war on Lebanon, and seeks to establish a permanent occupation of the Gaza Strip and the Philadelphi Corridor.
