China Launches Low Earth Orbit Satellite Group

China: China successfully launched a new group of low Earth orbit satellites from the Hainan commercial spacecraft launch site in the southern island province of Hainan on Monday. The launch marks another step in the country's effort to establish an extensive internet constellation.

According to Qatar News Agency, the satellite group, the 13th of its kind, was launched aboard a Long March-12 carrier rocket. The satellites have successfully entered their preset orbit, further expanding China's growing network of orbital technology.
