Doha: China's major industrial enterprises reported an 18.7% year-on-year increase in profits during the first half of the year, according to official data released on Monday.
According to Qatar News Agency, the National Bureau of Statistics reported that major industrial firms with annual revenues exceeding 20 million yuan (approximately $2.95 million) recorded combined profits of 3.95 trillion yuan between January and June.
