Chinese President Xi Jinping discussed, in a phone call Friday, with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, means to enhance relations between the two countries and transform them into strategic relations. The two sides also discussed the possibilities available to deepen trade exchanges, promote common development, and exchange views on a number of issues of common interest, especially global security, stability, and climate change.
