Post: Dandy Limited Opens Public Subscription for Shares Ahead of Qatar Stock Exchange Listing

Doha:Dandy Limited (Q.P.S.C.) has received approval from the Qatar Financial Markets Authority to offer 40% of its share capital for public subscription.

According to Qatar News Agency, the subscription period for these shares will run from October 7 to October 20, 2026. The company announced that the subscription price is set at QAR 5.00 per share, with a total cost of QAR 5.01 per share when including offering and listing fees. Post-subscription, Dandy Limited's shares are expected to be listed on the Main Market of the Qatar Stock Exchange.

A total of 41,200,000 shares will be offered, divided into two tranches. The institutional tranche includes 12,360,000 shares, making up 30% of the offer, reserved for institutional investors. The remaining 28,840,000 shares, representing 70% of the offer, are available to Qatari individual investors and entities incorporated in Qatar.

The offer price was determined through a book-building process, which involved 19 institutional investors and was oversubscribed. All subscribers will pay QAR 5.01 per share, inclusive of fees. This pricing applies to all shares, whether allocated to institutional investors or offered to the public.

Post-IPO, the founding shareholder will maintain 60% of Dandy Limited's issued and fully paid-up capital, subject to lock-up requirements. The company's free float will be 40%. The total offer size is valued at QAR 206,412,000.
