The Lebanese Ministry of Health has announced that the death toll in a series of new explosions targeting ICOM radios, which occurred Wednesday has risen to 14 dead and more than 450 injured. The ministry announced earlier Wednesday that the death toll from the explosions had risen to nine dead and more than 300 injured.
