Doha: The Department of Meteorology has issued a warning regarding poor horizontal visibility expected in certain areas by late night. Weather conditions inshore, until 6:00 am on Monday, are predicted to be relatively cold by night, with misty to foggy conditions developing at some locations later, as outlined in the daily weather report.
According to Qatar News Agency, offshore conditions will include scattered clouds and occasional haziness. The wind inshore is expected to be mainly northwesterly at a speed of 05 to 10 knots, becoming variable later. Offshore winds will be primarily northwesterly, ranging from 04 to 14 knots.
The report further details that the sea state inshore will range from 1 to 3 feet, while offshore conditions will see waves between 2 and 4 feet. Visibility inshore is expected to be between 04 to 09 kilometers, potentially reducing to 02 kilometers or less in certain areas later. Offshore visibility is forecasted to be between 04 to 09 kilometers.
