Doha: Inshore weather until 6:00 pm on Tuesday will be hazy to misty at first at places, becomes moderate in temperature to relatively cold daytime with scattered clouds, hazy and cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, the weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, the report added, warning of expected strong wind and high sea at first.
According to Qatar News Agency, wind inshore will be northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 3 - 13 KT, becoming variable by night. Offshore, it will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 5 - 15 KT, reaching 23 KT at first.
Sea state inshore will be 1 - 3 ft, rising to 4 ft at first, while offshore will be 2 - 4 ft, rising to 7 ft at first. Visibility inshore will be 4 - 9 km / 3 km or less at first at places, while offshore will be 5 - 10 km.
