Doha: Deposit rates at opening as issued on Tuesday by Qatar National Bank (QNB) showcase variations across a range of currencies, including USD, JPY, CHF, GBP, QAR, SAR, AED, and BHD.
According to Qatar News Agency, the deposit rates for USD are as follows: 1M at 4.34001, 2M at 4.32889, 3M at 4.31777, 6M at 4.19724, and 12M at 3.97622. For JPY, the 1M rate stands at 0.35000, 2M at 0.26000, 3M at 0.28000, 6M at 0.32000, and 12M at 0.55000. The CHF deposit rates are -0.18000 for 1M, -0.14000 for 2M, -0.17000 for 3M, -0.08000 for 6M, and -0.09000 for 12M. GBP rates are 4.12000 for 1M, 4.11000 for 2M, 4.20000 for 3M, and 4.08000 for both 6M and 12M.
Furthermore, the QNB has announced that the QAR deposit rates are 4.85000 for 1M, 4.75000 for 2M, 4.65000 for 3M, 4.60000 for 6M, and 4.50000 for 12M. The SAR rates are 4.90000 for 1M, 5.00000 for 2M, 5.10000 for 3M and 6M, and 5.05000 for 12M. For AED, the rates are 2.05000 for 1M, 2.15000 for 2M, 2.40000 for 3M, 2.85000 for 6M, and 3.15000 for 12M. Lastly, BHD rates remain consistent at 5.00000 for 1M to 6M, and 4.50000 for 12M.
