Post: Doha:The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index experienced a rise of 0.71% at the start of Tuesday’s trading session, marking an increase of 62.93 points from the previous session’s close to reach 8,915 points. This growth was supported by gains in six sectors.

According to Qatar News Agency, the sectors contributing positively included Transportation with a 1.72% increase, Telecoms at 1.38%, Consumer Goods and Services at 1.17%, Banks and Financial Services at 0.51%, Industrials at 0.18%, and Insurance also at 0.18%. However, the Real Estate sector saw a decline of 1.18%.

By 1000 a.m., the QSE had recorded 4,763 transactions totaling QR 73.082 million, involving 41.929 million shares.
