Jerusalem: European stock indices closed higher on Friday: European stock indices showed positive performance as markets wrapped up the trading week.
According to Qatar News Agency, the pan-European Stoxx 600 index saw an increase of 0.83 percent, closing at 630.56 points. This rise was mirrored by several major national indices across the continent. The German DAX index climbed 0.81 percent, reaching 25,246.80 points. Meanwhile, the French CAC 40 index made notable gains, rising by 1.39 percent to close at 8,515.49 points. The British FTSE 100 index also experienced growth, with a 0.56 percent increase, ending the day at 10,686.89 points.
