Cairo: The International Union for Training and Development (IUTD) concluded the First Arab Gulf Conference for Training and Development on Saturday. The conference's recommendations will be submitted to civil service bureaus and human resources departments across Arab countries to help improve policies and practices related to human capital development.
According to Qatar News Agency, the conference featured the handing of several recognition awards and consisted of a series of panel discussions, workshops, and specialized sessions covering topics related to training and development. These topics included digital transformation, artificial intelligence, building and development, and success stories.
Held under the chairmanship of IUTD president Dr. Dera Al Dosari, the conference saw the participation of delegations from 14 Arab countries. Participants included distinguished leaders and officials from training and development institutions, government and private-sector organizations, academics, researchers, entrepreneurs, trainers, experts, representatives of research and study centers, media professionals, and content creators.
