Beirut: Five people were killed and five others injured in Israeli airstrikes on eastern Lebanon Monday.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported in a statement that the airstrikes targeted the Bekaa Valley and the Hermel outskirts.
In another statement, the ministry indicated that one person was injured by a sound bomb dropped by an Israeli drone on the town of Mays al Jabal in southern Lebanon.
