Five Killed in Israeli Airstrike on Southern Lebanon

Ansariyeh: Five people were killed in an airstrike carried out by Israeli warplanes on the town of Ansariyeh in southern Lebanon.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Lebanese National News Agency reported that the strike targeted the town at Wednesday dawn, resulting in the deaths of five individuals.

It also stated that Israeli warplanes targeted the entrance of the town of Al-Qulaylah, as well as the surroundings of the city of Bint Jbeil, and detonated houses in the town of Hanine.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced Tuesday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the country since March 2 has risen to 2,124 killed and 6,921 injured.
