Germany midfielder Ilkay Gündogan could continue his international career after the World Cup in Qatar with the target of playing at the home Euro 2024. “If the head and body allows, these Euros could be a topic,” the Manchester City player told Kicker magazine on Thursday. “I’ll decide after the World Cup.” The 31-year-old Gündogan has played 54 games for his country prior to the coming friendly matches with Israel on Saturday and away to the Netherlands three days later.
