According to Qatar News Agency, the message from HH the Deputy Amir marks a gesture of goodwill and recognition of the strong diplomatic relations between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Albania. The congratulatory message also signifies Qatar's ongoing commitment to fostering international friendship and cooperation.
