Post: HM King Hamad congratulated by Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah bin Hamad

Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Vice Chairman of the Higher Urban Planning Committee, on the 23rd anniversary of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW). Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah highlighted the support and encouragement of His Majesty the King to Bahraini women, strengthening their position as essential partners in His Majesty's comprehensive development process. He also commended the government's strategic programmes guided by the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He further emphasised that the vital role of the Council led by HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim, has had a significant impact on advancing the role of Bahraini women and enabling them to attain leadership positions across various sectors.
