Post: HM King issues Decree (40) of 2024

Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (40) of 2024, regarding the formation of the Financial Disclosures' Examination Authority. Article I The secondment of Judge Shaikh Mohammed bin Ali bin Mohammed Al Khalifa as Chairman of the Financial Disclosure Examination Authority, and Judge Ali Ahmed Jumaa Al Kaabi as a member of the authority, shall be renewed. Article II The following judges shall be appointed as members of the Financial Disclosure Examination Authority: 1. Judge Bader Abdullatif Mohammed Al Abdullah, replacing Judge Dr. Riyadh Mohammed Ibrahim Seyadi. 2. Judge Hussain Saeed Ali Al Zamil, replacing Judge Isa Mohammed Isa Darraj. Article III The secondment to the aforementioned authority shall be for two years. Article IV This decree shall take effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. Source: Bahrain News Agency
