Doha: Weather inshore until 6:00 pm on Sunday will be hot to very hot daytime with slight dust at times, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, there will be some clouds at times.
According to Qatar News Agency, winds inshore will be mainly southwesterly to northwesterly at speeds of 07 to 17 knots, gusting up to 26 knots at times during the day. Offshore, winds will also be southwesterly to northwesterly at speeds of 06 to 16 knots, with gusts reaching 20 knots occasionally.
The sea state inshore will vary between 1 to 3 feet, rising to 4 feet at times. Meanwhile, offshore conditions will see waves between 2 to 4 feet, peaking at 6 feet occasionally. Visibility inshore is expected to range from 4 to 9 kilometers, while offshore visibility will be between 5 to 10 kilometers.
The weather conditions are expected to impact high and low tide timings and the minimum and maximum temperatures for the day.
