Nominations will be open to individuals under the age of 25. However, participants must be university students or recent graduates, and the submitted projects must be original ideas that have not been previously implemented, ICESCO stated, noting that each team may include a maximum of three members.

The organization has set May 15, 2025, as the deadline for the submission of applications. Winners will be announced during the International E-Health Forum (IeHF) on Nov. 27 in Casablanca, Morocco.
