Tehran: HE President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian met with HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani in Tehran on Sunday. The meeting began with the Prime Minister conveying greetings from HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, along with best wishes for the Iranian President's health and the prosperity of the Iranian people.
According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Iranian President reciprocated by sending his greetings to HH the Amir, along with wishes for the continued well-being of the Qatari leader and the prosperity of the Qatari people. The discussions between the two leaders focused on enhancing cooperation in the economic and trade sectors. In addition, they addressed the latest developments in the Gaza Strip, the occupied Palestinian territories, and other issues of mutual interest.
