ISESCO Launches Anti-Bullying Animated Film “Show Me Your Smile”

Casablanca: The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) launched an animated film titled "Show Me Your Smile" at the International Children's and Youth Book Fair in Casablanca, Morocco. The film, which features 50 children, aims to combat bullying in schools through a visual story presented in a creative format to raise awareness about the dangers of bullying and ways to prevent its psychological, educational, and social repercussions.

According to Qatar News Agency, Head of the Social and Human Sciences Sector at ISESCO, Ramata Almamy Mbaye, indicated that this work falls under the "Enough Bullying" program, which includes a number of educational tools aimed at protecting children and promoting well-being within schools through values education and building positive interaction skills. Following the screening, a discussion was held with the participating children about their experiences and ideas for reducing bullying.

They emphasized the importance of seeking support when needed and the role of family, school, and educational frameworks in early prevention of both school and cyberbullying. The film is a joint production of the Moroccan Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication, the Conference of Ministers of Education of French-Speaking Countries (CONFEMEN), and the Global Network of Religions for Children (GNRC).
