Islamic Resistance launches rocket, artillery strikes on Israeli enemy forces in multiple settlements

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon on Wednesday announced in a statement that, "In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza and in defense of Lebanon and its people, the Islamic Resistance fighters launched a salvo of rockets at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, targeting Israeli forces in the Kiryat Shmona settlement." In a subsequent statement, the Resistance confirmed that at the same time, its fighters targeted Israeli forces in the Kfar Giladi settlement with a rocket barrage.
