She continued, 'In Tulkarm, after the withdrawal of Israeli forces, our teams saw the destruction in the camps, and heard disturbing accounts from a volunteer trained by MSF who was beaten and interrogated.' She called on Israel to respect its obligations as an occupying power in the West Bank, including the need to respect access to medical care, and hospitals, ambulances and the medical humanitarian mission must be respected and protected.
