Gaza City: An Israeli airstrike has resulted in the deaths of at least eight Palestinians, including six children, in the Nuseirat refugee camp in Gaza. The children were collecting water from an aid distribution center at the time of the strike.

The military stated that the intended target was a nearby Hamas militant site.
